Licensing

TRIAL FONTS
Free trial fonts are available for download here. Trial fonts contain a reduced character set and are provided for testing and evaluation only. Any public, published, or c
ommercial use requires the purchase of a license. Trial fonts are subject to the EULA posted to the right.

STUDENT USE
All typefaces are free of charge for students. Student licenses allow use for non-commercial, self-initiated projects during the duration of your studies. Student licenses do not permit client work or commercial use. Proof of enrollment may be requested.

POST-GRADUATION DISCOUNT
If you are currently enrolled in a study program and would like to continue using a typeface after graduation, you are eligible for a 50% discount. This applies to personal projects (such as portfolios or art projects) and requires credit. Please provide proof of enrollment and a brief description of the project.

ACTIVIST & NON-COMMERCIAL USE
All typefaces are free for non-commercial activist projects aligned with humane, ecologically centered values. If you are unsure whether your project qualifies, feel free to reach out. I trust good-faith use.

RESTRICTIONS
The typefaces may not be used in violent, hateful, or discriminatory contexts.
Explicit political or religious campaign use requires prior approval.

LICENSING MODEL
Licensing follows a client-based model. Licenses are purchased for the end client, not the designer. Each client requires their own license. Pricing is based on the size of the client organization, not the design studio. For organizations with more than 300 employees, please get in touch to discuss custom licensing options

Under no circumstances shall the liability of the Licensor exceed the substitution or replacement costs of the Fonts, whichever is less, and at the sole discretion of the Licensor. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Fonts.

The Licensee acknowledges that the Fonts may not be suitable for all applications, and it is the Licensee’s responsibility to ensure that the Fonts meet the Licensee’s specific requirements.
